1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and using the Yashvik Wallet Portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Wallet & Virtual Account

The Virtual Account Number and wallet balance shown in the portal are internal identifiers for tracking your balance with us. They are not a bank account, and the wallet balance does not earn interest.

3. Vouchers & Virtual Cards

Vouchers and virtual cards assigned to your account are for your use as described at the time of assignment. Once a voucher/card code has been viewed, copied, or downloaded, it is considered delivered. Please verify the code and amount at the time of use.

4. Payments & Claims

Payments claimed against your account are recorded in your wallet transaction history. Any discrepancy should be reported to support within a reasonable time of the transaction.

5. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the portal after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
